#   TUR calculation is based on specification interval of the accuracy file.
#   The default 5100B accuracy file contains 6 month specs.

  1.002  HEAD         CALIBRATION ACCESS PROCEDURE
  1.003  DISP         Select the V DC function (auto range).

  1.003  DISP         Remove the four phillips-head screws from the bottom of
  1.003  DISP         the case. Turn the instrument face-up, and grasp the top
  1.003  DISP         cover at both sides. Pull the top cover from the UUT.
